Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday-Friday from 8AM-4:00PM. Orders will be shipped one business day after they are placed. 

Shipping

• All orders are shipped via USPS. 
• Currently, we only ship within the United States.
• Order arrival will be determined by shipping timeframe selected during checkout.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged please contact us at kinneysbalm@gmail.com.
